These terms apply to your use of wagz.com.au and to orders placed with Wagz Pet Supplies (“Wagz”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error, and will refund any payment made for it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not currently charged on orders. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.
Delivery
We deliver within Australia. Delivery times are estimates. See Shipping & Delivery.
Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product information
We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and sizes can vary slightly. Always choose products suited to your pet’s size, age and behaviour, follow any care instructions, and supervise pets with toys and chews.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.
Reviews and content
Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.
Intellectual property
The Wagz name, logo and website content are owned by or licensed to Wagz Pet Supplies and may not be used without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price paid.
Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
