Questions about the kit
Which collar size should I choose?
Measure around your puppy’s neck where the collar sits and add two fingers of room. Small fits 20–30 cm and Medium 30–45 cm. Puppies grow quickly, so check the fit every week.
Can I swap an item?
The contents are fixed so the pack can be priced below buying the items separately. Every item is also sold on its own if you need a different one.
My puppy is younger than 12 weeks. Is the kit suitable?
The complete kit is for puppies aged 12 weeks and older, because the Training Treats are not suitable for younger puppies. If your puppy is younger, wait until they reach 12 weeks, or buy the toys, collar, bowl and brush individually now.
Why isn’t a lead included?
Lead and harness sizes depend on the breed and how big your puppy will grow. The Walk & Play Kit adds a harness, lead and travel bowl when you are ready for walks.
